Hello! I’m so excited to take your photos for prom this year inside of AK Rustic Photography Studio.

Model release - I will be using your photos for advertising, this allows me to do so.

Release of liability - Protects us both incase something happens during your photo shoot.

What happens after I take the photos?

With the email you provide on the form, I will send you a gallery to download the images for free. This is a bulk gallery of everyone that I took photos of for the day. Simply follow the instructions and tag me in any social media posts please!
